Dear Mom and Dad,
I’m at a loss for words just thinking about the both of you. Quite frankly, there are no words to explain how thankful I am for the both of you. I was blessed with the two greatest people on this planet, and quite honestly, blessed with the honour of being called your son.
Over the course of my developing life I have encountered moments of sadness and happiness, however, in those tough times I would never fail to get back up, because I always remembered the things you taught me; and for those things, I have been able to rise to each and every occasion.

I remember every night we spent countless hours laughing and building memories that will last my whole life. I remember the important moments that you taught me the skills that I will carry on for the rest of my life. These memories bring more than just happiness; they bring me to life, and they remind me of who I am and where I came from.

As I go on to pursue a career in music as a performer, I remember that this gift I have been given is to be used to create an impact in the world. That impact will forever be because of your guidance, support and love.
I climb this mountain in life not to be seen and heard, but to see the world and to rise to the occasion. This journey that I go on will never be something I accomplished alone, I will always thank God for the both of you.

I promise you both that I will make something of myself, and that all those years you both endured as individuals and as parents were not for nothing.
I love you both, and I want the whole world to know it.
